Irena Perkovic, under the moniker REENIE, is a Canadian indie soul-pop artist. Combining jazz harmony with catchy melodic vocals, she composes songs with a soulful edge that is fun and introspective all at once.
Reenie's sophomore album, Parallel Place, was released in April 2014. It was recorded in Toronto at the renowned Canterbury Studios with Jeremy Darby (Sara Bareilles, the Barenaked Ladies).
The new record delves deeper into the emotional content of love songs about the human condition, as well as more complex and powerful orchestration by Reenie, including a 3-piece horn section and strings. This album features top-notch graduates from Humber and U of T jazz programs in the rhythm and horn sections, lending a free and light jazz flavour to these pop compositions.
Originally from Milwaukee, Andrew began his musical career as part of the Jackie Allen Jazz Improv Group in Chicago. Soon after, he was regularly performing with the Old Town Jazz Finesse at the historic Fairmont Hotel and Chicago’s Up-and-Coming Jazz Review at Magnum Supper Club. He moved to New York in 1998 and produced and starred in his one-man show, “All I Want”, followed by two other original shows, “My American Songbook” performed at Danny’s Skylight Room and “Closer to My Own Age” at club Bar D’O.
With the 2006 release of his debut recording “Vintage Pop and the Jazz Sides”, Andrew showcased a unique ability to artfully blur the line between jazz standards and classic pop songs. The result was a new sound, un-matched by peers performing a similar repertoire. The CD was heralded as one the Top Ten Jazz CD’s of that year by John Hoglund (Playbill, Back Stage Magazine, Theater Scene). His sold-out performances celebrating its release at New York’s The Metropolitan Room won him a Bistro Award for Best Jazz Vocal Performance while a promo single from the CD, “Love is Alive” reached number one on numerous indie-radio formats. A yearlong performance schedule promoting the debut CD culminated in sold-out performances at New York’s legendary Blue Note Jazz Club.
Andrew continues to perform regularly in and outside of New York City, and is currently working on arrangements and recordings of his own original music.

Drake Jensen is a gay man first and a gifted Country music singer second. This brilliant vocal interpreter channeled his life's journey as a bullied and oppressed gay man into informing through his music. The path of the gay Country singer would never be smooth but Jensen never lost sight of his commitment to the issues of the LGBT community.
Using his music and growing fame as a launching pad, he released the anti-bullying single "Scars That you Can't See" in 2013, which logged more than 250,000 hits on You Tube upon release. That brought Jensen much deserved attention and an invitation to preview the video in Nashville to be shown at The Hard Rock Cafe during that city's Pride Week. The impact of "Scars That You can't See" put him front and centre in the activist arena and his current role as a spokesman and activist for www.bullying.org.,the anti-bullying movement to stem the tide of bullying-related suicides of gay teens.
Jensen's work with the anti-bullying movement brought a degree of closure to a painful part of his life involving childhood abuse at home and bullying at school. As the pain never goes away for some, Jensen offers his story and music as a beacon of hope that it's never too late to be healed.
WeHo (born in Pennsylvania, February 17, 1983) is an American singer, songwriter, and music producer.
Under her real name, Mercy, she began her career as a solo acoustic artist; initially playing melancholy tunes in local coffee shops and bars around Gainesville, FL, and busking on the streets of St Augustine. A year or so after moving to Gainesville, she formed an acoustic band (under her given name) with Frank Kolosky on drums and Carl Roberts on bass. The band performed out regionally and produced 2 albums before parting ways, when Mercy made her move out to L.A.
Much to her dismay, Los Angeles turned out to be a short lived misadventure which ended in the performer going broke and moving back to Florida…but not without the experience making a considerable impact. In fact, her time out West, all the misfortune that went with it, and some personal details are what catapulted her transformation into WeHo. When she returned to Florida in 2009 she began learning to produce, with the help of Carl Roberts, and made a conscious decision to start creating more positive outcomes in her life and career by putting forth more positive actions and intentions. This included creating happier, more upbeat music. It wasn’t long before WeHo was born; a more fashion forward, zombie obsessed, art infused, dance worthy take on the synthpop scene. Since then she has gained a name for herself as both a singer and a skilled producer.
Though notably unique, her electronic style and use of costumes and theatrical staging have drawn comparisons to a number of musical influences, ranging from Robyn to La Roux, Karen O. (of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs), and Lady Gaga.
WeHo has been performing and developing her shows in Miami, New York, and Los Angeles, making herself not only a part of the local music scenes, but also involving herself as much as possible in the art and fashion world where her style and presence is welcomed.
In 2011 WeHo’s song ‘Addict’ was chosen to be featured in a promo video for the Milk & Honey Winter collection, designed and hosted by Aussie star, Ruby Rose. In 2013 WeHo released two singles; ‘Don’t You Want It (feat. Alfred von Blume)’, and ‘Easy Kill’. The music video for DYWI was released this year and the new full length debut album is expected out very soon. WeHo presently lives in New York and has lots in store for the near future.
